so i have stock rubicon suspension. what size tire could i fit on a 15" wheel???
maybe a 16"??? also has anyone put 35"s on a 2" lift?

DEpends on your use of the vehicle and your definition of "clear" You can fit a 35" in there, if you don't make tight turns and don't go offroad. I would need a 35" myself to verify, but I'm pretty sure if you bust out the cutoff wheel, you can fit 35"'s effectively with just trimming and wheel spacer's as well.

And yes a 2" BB will clear them.

Figure the oem tire is 32"...a 35" tire sticks out another 1.5"...so, that's the minimum "clearance". If stuffing hard off roading, a bit more is nice.
