Default Whats the best rear tire carrier for 40 inch tires?

Hi guys, looking to put 40 inch tires on my JK shortly. Does anyone know what the best rear bumper and tire carrier is out there. Most say up to 35 or 37 inch tire. Appreciate the feedback.

This Evo carrier looks amazing. I remember seeing details on a thread titled "rear stinger"

I run a 40x15.50 spare on my rig via the Smittybilt XRC rear bumper with tire carrier & hitch. Mine is definitely not as sexy as the Evo but it also doesn't require what looks like some additonal parts or fab work - as in the Evo corner guards or bolt-on brackets to mount the outer carrier arms. The Evo defintiely gets my vote for looks and overal finctionality/protection....

Default Pure Jeep

The PureJeep rear bumper and tire carrier will carry a 40" tire w/no problems.

Just wondering, is that lever to open the swing-away custom, or does it come that way? The pictures on their website just show a stud with a nut that I'm not fond of. Otherwise I really like the XRC. Can you show a close-up of it? Oh, and nice rig!

Can the LOD bumper and tire carrier handle a 40" tire? I love the looks of the LOD, but also plan on running 40s at some point and don't want to do this twice.

Anybody know?

I have this bumper and it does come with the billet handle. Definately a god looking and well functioning bumper for under a grand.

How does that evo holder open and close?
