does that $3k include wheels and tires or is it just for the lift? even if it's just for the lift, getting a good long arm kit for that budget will be hard to do. you might want to look into chopping your fenders and stick with a good short arm kit.

Rancho offers a 4" long arm kit for $3345 that includes the exhaust crossover you will need for the 2012 model. That is for a 4-door version. If you have a 2-door, then you are looking at $3223. PLUS...they have their Shock and Awe Rebate going on right now which offers $500 back netting your cost for the lift to $2845/$2723, which meets your budget constraints for the lift.
Now, if your budget includes tires and wheels well...what Wayoflife said. You're gonna have to go with something other than a long-arm system. The good news is Rancho has several platforms that qualify for the $500 rebate ranging from short-arm to long-arm that might help you get the lift, tires, and wheels all within your $3000 budget. Follow this link (here) to Quadratec's sight to see the different lifts that are available under the rebate program.
