I just put on Dick Cepek Mud County 35". $233 ea, 68 lb w/o the rim. Very heavy but I have already come through some pretty dicey stuff with them. The tread extends over the side wall so when you turn the wheel completely, there is a very noticeable thumping when you are on the sidewall tread. Overall very happy w/ these tires.

I really like my 35 12:50 x17 Toyo open country's. They are great for every terrain. They are wearing very well and look great. They are a little stiff because they only come in 10 ply in that size. not toooo noisy. They were also very easy to balance. good luck.

Coop STT's! I think I was the first person on this site to get these tires and have praised them since Day 1. I have run a number of AT and MT's and these are by far the best tire. People are amazed at how quiet and great the ride is and I am still amazed that they look brand new and the capability. The Toyo's and KM2's are great tires as well but the Coop's are better IMHO.
However, and there is always a however, I'm not putting them on my 2008 JK. I've had to replace two recently because the sidewalls got cut; and given the dirt road I was driving in it shouldn't have happened. I'm driving on oilfield lease roads; not true offroading. My main concern is mud. So my feeling is that I don't trust the sidewalls enough to run them in known rocky areas. I'm in Colorado and as far as I'm concerned CO is a jumble of rocks covered by a few inches of dirt. I'm going with KM2 on the JK.
