what's the best 35/12.5/17 for 08 rubi 4dr
Right now I am convinced that my money will be best spent on b.f.'s KM 2's I am still in the holding pattern for my arrival date of my 08 4dr rubicon so I have time to get all your jk opinions. I had MTR's on my 06 rubicon and liked them, but they might as well be selling me gold. Price is out of control. If you got a favorite send Pic, price and performance if possible. Hopfully I will end up with something good. (they will be mounted to the stock Moab rims 17inch. Thanks you'll.

$$ amount you would have to research yourself as individual results vary
i've had mine down to 12psi and they flexed pretty well, they have a pretty decent sidewall (its the 3 ply)

x2 on the Toyo Open Country M/T. I believe they are a bit more $$ than the BFG KM2s but not significantly more. I am putting Toyo MTs on my Rubi when I go to bigger tires.

Km2
I bought the KM2's I have always had good luck with BFG's. The will be installed Monday so I really cannot give a great opinion until then but.... $252 a tire. I am not sure how that compares to the Toyo.

what he said, I just put on BFG KM2's on mine today and have heard outstanding things about them. They ride super smooth on the highway, quiet believe it or not (not that I mind loud) and they are beasts on the rocks, mud, sand, etc...especially rocks

Figure out the weight of the toyo's vs Km2's. A lighter tire might be easier to move even with regearing.
Love my KM2's

Coop STT's! I think I was the first person on this site to get these tires and have praised them since Day 1. I have run a number of AT and MT's and these are by far the best tire. People are amazed at how quiet and great the ride is and I am still amazed that they look brand new and the capability. The Toyo's and KM2's are great tires as well but the Coop's are better IMHO.
