Default What Winch

Looking to purchase a winch, what do you guys recommend.

Smittybilt XRC-10 ($399) or Ramsey Rep 8.5e ($399) or Superwinch LP 8500 ($399)?

Thanks!

you should post the prices too...
XRC10 is a 10000lbs winch and about $400, the other two are 8500lbs and how much?

I've seen XRC10 in action, it works great! and if 8000lbs is enough, you can get the XRC8 for $299...

Did someone forget a company called Warn. I realize they are more money, but there is a reason for that. With that said, good luck on your decision.

Failure on thread title, honestly.

Should have been "Which Winch"

Neither of the winches I'd recommend are on your list so I'm unable to offer an informed opinion.

Instead you get my smart-ass comments. I know it's not a good trade.

WARN is tried and true... but honestly other companies have come a long long way for half the price. Just a FYI tabor winches are rebranded WARN for less
