What welder do i need?

Yup - I just mine about 2 weeks ago from them. . Freakin love it! Miller is running crazy rebates on the 211 right now too. You can get it down to close to the same price.
I'm in the middle of welding up a mig cart right now and I'm loving the 210 MVP - big difference over a 110.

15 years ago I asked this same question and I bought a miller 210. It was a fantastic choice. I have run many many spools of wire through it and it welds anything I need. It's one of the tools you buy once. get what you want because the extra cost broke down over many years is negligible. Today I would buy the 211 and be happy.

Fantastic welder and works just fine on a 20A 115V circuit. Can't see that I'll ever need to weld over 1/4" (haven't so far) but if I do, I'll just farm it out. This Hobart is worth serious consideration if your needs are the same.

Thanks Ringer. I've got a flux now. I've only been welding for about a year, so I'm not prepared to step up until I improve on my (lack of) skills. Not planning on doing any welding on the JK at present, was just curious if it would do the job. Thanks for answering.

Thanks Ringer, that's good info. Are you aware of a chart that explains this as in amps/duty cycle/ type of wire for specified thicknesses/type of steel.
