how about for 17" wheels, 9" width.

considering - duratracs but only available in 285/70/17
can go with DickCepek Fun or Mud country - likely F-C's 33x12.5x17

should i go with the 285's in Gy or the slightly wider in Dick Cepek ( both are similiar priced after installation in my area )

need help ! please , local stores have the GY in stock, 2 days to get me the fun country's
they are telling me the 285's will look the best

Hi, thanks - your rig looks awesome, love the Yellow!
any disadvantage to 12.5 vs. 285's. How do u like the km2's
I am near NW indiana, worried about mud tires , with snow and rain

Duratracs definitely...they are the best looking tire that rides as well as they do on the road which it sounds like you do a lot of.

Hi, I do like the Duratracs - mosty my rig is driven on road, except some sand and snow.

only thing that is odd, with 17x9 wheels, I can only get a 285/70/17 in duratracs..
seems like most go with a 12.5" wide tire when they have 16's, and especially 15's ( 8 or 9" width )

DT - told me this morning, if i go with the Duratracs and do not like them ( 30days ), they will take them back and get
me the D-C fun country 33x12.5x17 - at the same price

If they will let you test them for up to 30 days you have nothing to lose. I have 275/70R18 Duratracs and I love them. Great in the rain and snow too.
