Looks like either the River Raider or Evo tire carrier.

I think it's Riverraider, EVO requires the corner protectors to mount

Do you have any other pics of the tire carrier? Maybe another angle?

It's a Genright. The Genright sticker on the back glass is a clue.

No real experience with this particular one, but a VERY similar carrier on my old, tired CJ-7 worked quite well. It was simple and got the job done. It had brackets for mounting jerry cans inside of the tire (don't think that would work with the version shown here) and would hold a 35" tire easily. It was a no BS sort of carrier...what you see is what you get.

Yep, same carrier I installed a couple weeks ago. It's sturdy, fairly easy to install, but does have some minor issues.

I was REALLY tight on the drivers side tail light, so tight it doesn't fit flush. This is my own fault for not installing the whole thing before powdercoat as it's advised, I was too impatient.

Still need to adjust it a bit as the bottom pin is a pain to slide in. Overall I am happy with it. Brought me back to level too.

Grainy pic:

Oh, it works great with the drop down tailgate as well.
