You should ditch the rubber boot. Not only is it "so 1980's" (ha!) but it traps mud and crap, promotes rusting, etc.

How about on shocks?

On shocks too. When I first started wheeling back in the mid-80's we all ran boots, but found that it's easier to clean and inspect your shocks without them.

Default I relocation bracket necessary?

I got got my Fox SS in the mail today, plan on installing it this weekend. Is anyone running it without the relocation bracket? What is the harm in doing that?

I would recommend to invest the $45 on the relocation bracket. This SS is much larger diameter than most and will most likely get beat up.

I have a 2010 Sport. Any benefits to snagging a Rubicon SS? I've looked around for the differences, but still can't determine if there is any. For what it's worth, I'm currently not having any trouble with my stock SS, but plan on installing a TF 2.5" Coil lift in the next couple weeks. I figure if I'm already doing some work, I might as well swap it out while I've got the tools out and the time set aside. Thoughts?

I'm here to tell you that you are wrong. I have 35" tires, steel wheels so they are very heavy, the weight was too much for the stock setup. There was nothing wrong with the stock stabilizer and when I changed it out with a Fox 2.0 stabilizer, there was a huge difference. I was more nervous cornering before because I was getting bump steer. No more.

Can't really say anything about the others though, don't have experience with them.

Not to revive a dead thread, but I thought I'd post up my review since this thread helped me choose my steering stabilizer. So when I bought my Jeep, it had a Rugged Ridge ORV SS on it. A couple weeks ago, it made a crunching noise when I was turning from a stop sign, and the SS let go, blew oil all over the pace, blew the rubber boot off it. Jeep has 39k on it and the Rugged Ridge SS had at least 19k on it.

So, I decided to try the Bilstein SS this time around, what a difference. I drove home today in a storm with over 40 mph wind gusts, and at 70 on the highway, only the biggest gusts even budged it. I was surprised how stabile it was, and I drive through a similar storm 6 months ago where it blew all over the place. Oh, and it doesn't pull to the left at all like some people complained about.

Is that true?

Thats what two different 4WD shops told me also. I was planning on ordering a Bilstein like my shocks and Off Road Warehouse talked me out of it. I was also told that the steering stabilizers in the new 2012 and 2013 is a significant improvement from that past. (No research just what I was told)
