What are some good A/T Tires for 17" Moabs?

Cooper makes a tire called an ST MAXX. It looks a lot like the duracraps, but it has a stiff sidewall and won't let you down on the rocks. They are also cheaper.
If you want a effective and quiet MT, look at the Mastercraft MXT's. Great tire, my preferred tire. If you search, there is a write up about them.

duracraps err i mean duratracs are good if u dont drive on rocks...get on the rocks and those mall tires will get slashed quickly.
if you do any type of wheeling around rocks i would stay away from street tires.
(my folks own a goodyear and i hear nothing but horror stories about duratrac offroad on rocks)

I've been very happy with my BFG A/T's. Not loud, handle well, long tread life, and strong sidewalls for off roading.
I'd look at the KO2's if they're in your budget.
