Default what slider/rocker protection

are there any sliders/rocker protection that could also double as a step? I'm taking the chrome side steps off mine and the GF, 3 and 5 year may not like not having a "step".

There's also the Rampage retractable rockers. They have gas shocks to lower and raise the steps. They work great as a step. I'm not sure how much they can take as rockers since it's mostly mud around where I live.

Check out Tomken rock rails. They are the same as the factory steps but made of tube steel. I want these when I get the $$

I'm looking at possibly either getting the LOD sliders or the Shrockworks sliders. Both of those seem like they could be used as steps.

Tons that cannot be mentioned here as they are not a sponsor. Just do your googling.

As long as they are not banned you can mention them ever if they are not a sponsor.

anyone know if these are frame mounted?

I'm looking into getting a set of rock rails soon. Just not sure if I'm going to have them fabbed locally or order them pre made. Either way I'm looking for some good ideas and designs as well.
