Default What should my ALIGNMENT SPECS be for my current setup?

DW has not returned... yet. However, I have been getting steering wheel shimmies again and the more I drive the more they become noticeable at the 40 to 50 mph range. My buddy and I are going to retighten the front end to spec this coming weekend, but regardless I think it is time to send my JK to a professional alignment shop in order to correct my caster, toe-in, etc so I can once and for all know that my alignment is or was never the cause of my earlier death wobble incidents.

My lift is about 3.5"
Running 33x12.50R15 BFG A/T tires
Stock upper front control arms
Teraflex lower adjustable front control arms
Teraflex Monster HD trackbar

Questions:

1) What should my front end specs be given what I am running in the front?

2) Any recommendations for a good 4x4 alignment shop in Arizona (Scottsdale, Tempe, or Phoenix)?

Anyway... I checked my caster angle and it is only 2 degrees or so. I'm at 3.5" of lift. What should my caster be around?
