What saw for fender cutting?

I used a jigsaw with a fine down cut blade, it cut like butter. and a dremel with a small cut off wheel to finish the cuts. Just tape off the fenders as wide as the jigsaw deck.

YUP, worked for me. It melts the plastic as it sands it smooth, giving it a better finished edge.

4" grinder with a cut off wheel works best, pneumatic cut off wheel as well....sawzall with 22tpi blade WOR,s well but wavers a smidge....

Blue tape the fender draw your line and cut, the brace underneath lay a sawzall in at an angle and cut it off at a steep angle it works better than the cut off wheel to trim that part...

I used a dremel with the cut off wheel for the most part and the router bit for corners, then some sand paper on a block to finish edges.

Its more of a melting through process, go slow let it melt.
