What MPG should I expect from my JK
My JK is X, 4 door, manual, 6 speed, 3.73 gear ratio, 35x12.5 inch MTR tire
currently the MPG I got is around 12mpg (local drive).
Does this number sounds right to you?
I am planning to regear to 5.13. What is the reasonable MPG number I should
expect?

In general, your mpg's should improve, but it depends on a whole bunch of factors.
