what happened my rear wheel?

You are fine. Actually it looks like your trackbar relocation bracket actually compensated too well for the lift as your axle should have shifted to the right and not the left when lifting it.

So.. Is it normal? Or if i add rear adj track bar, it will be better?

It's normal when you lift a vehicle, and yes the adj track bar will make it all better

Ok thanks
one more question.

If i add rear adj track bar and installed by my self, just install it? Or do i have to adjust rear axel to be center while install rear adj track bar?

It sounds more complicated than it actually is. It's a few quick steps and is easy to understand once you roll under the jeep..

1)Run a ratchet strap from driver side axle shock mount area to passenger side frame rail and tighten to take the pressure off track bar.
2)Remove track bar from the vehicle, measure stock track bar from eye to eye (don't remember measurement offhand)
3)Set adjustable track bar to that same length then either lengthen or shorten it to adjust for which way the axle is off centered.
4)Remove ratchet strap
