What happened here?!!
After noticing a slight sag in the right side of my jeep I did some investigating. This is what the right rear teraflex leveling puck looked like. I've never seen this happen before. I installed the leveling kit myself and I'm OCD and triple checked the coil was seated well and everything was tight. I do go offroad some mild trails no rocks.
I know it needs replaced. Now the decision is what setup to go with. I'm happy with this 2" leveling kit with my 18/59 coils. What should I replace this with?

Wow, I've never actually seen that happen. I started off with the TF BB and wheeled it well, took them out and minus being dirty, still look the same as when I put them in. Possible you have a lot of flex and the coil was unseating slightly and chipping away at the rubber each time it went back up?

That was awhile back. The pucks were not bad and the ride quality was good but the weight of my bumpers, tire carrier and winches made me sag a fair bit. I ended up going with heavy duty old man emu coils front and back (I had a two door) and it brought it up to a perfect height for me with all that weight.
Ended up selling that Jeep and got a 4 door and have 3.5" RK springs in there now.

I had a front tf spacer fall apart too. I think they are made with recycled plastic pop bottles. Just order a set of Synergy spacers. They look like much more durable material.
