What gear ratio is recommended for a 2012 unlimited Rubicon on 37's? I have read that it is not the same as the previous years.

the link robar posted up is good as it has some good charts to help you out. me, i'm going to install them first and see how things go before deciding on a gear ratio or, if an upgrade is really needed at all.

I just put my 37's on yesterday on my 2012 manual Rubi. I was expecting it to be terrible to drive until I did my regear, but much to my surprise, the 4.10's do a pretty good job with the 37's. I am still planning on doing 4.88's to get back to stock Rubi RPMs on the highway. I had asked around on a couple sites asking this same question, and one person I talked with had recently switched from an 08 with 5.13s and 37s to a 2012 with 4.88s and 37s, and he said the 4.88 was perfect. That's what I am planning on going with.
