Can you give a link to the parts we will need (pinion seals, crush sleeve, etc) on your web site? Or do you list them on there anywhere?

What is all this about? Mel, do you have any input on this situation?

Yeah this really puts a damper on me getting my gears installed. I should be getting mine early next week and hoped to have them installed right after that. I'll bet my ring gear is the newer style...my Rubicon was built on Jan 31st.

Yeah, it seems like any spacer kit is going to be too thin for any reliablity.

I'm still going back and forth...
here's what I'm looking at 6 speed manual.
do you think 3475 rpms will kill my engine at highway speeds for several hours.. I usually run 75-80 mph...

is 169 rpms at 85mph.. that big of a difference I should care??

with 4:88's

65mph @ 2527rpm
75mph @ 2916rpm
85Mph @ 3305rpm

5.13's
65mph @ 2657rpm
75mph @ 3066rpm
85mph @ 3474rpm

169 RPM * 60 minutes = 10,140 RPMs in one hour. On a 3 hour trip you would have spun the engine over an additional 30,420 times. I guess it depends on how you look at it.

Ummm, well..... I have a 6-speed and I just went with 5.13's and I'm so glad that I did - Man, do I ever have power now

The 3.8L engine likes to rev and with these gears, your engine will really come to life. If you had an auto, this is really the only way to go IMHO even with 35's. Granted, your MPG will suffer a bit but I got to thinking... did I really buy this thing for it's MPG?

Seriously, if you're even considering it, I'd do it.

Thanks again Mel for all your help and great service!!

Eddie, how are they dealing with the different bolt size issue I posted the link to above?

lol well you did it now...I had to go and order another set of gears (5.13's) and will be sending the 4.88's back when they get here. I ordered 5.13's initially, and the sales guy on the phone talked me into the 4.88's. That's what I get for letting him change my mind.
