I second getting the pitman and associated track bar bracket out of there, it'll actually help your handling. A 2.5" kit works great for 35's if you get your wheel size correct.

You know, if you came into the shop, we would recommend just scrapping the kit and starting fresh complete 2.5" lift. I know you bought it with that kit on there, but if you were to start over you could get something a higher quality that has components included that are designed to work with each other. There is no reason why a JK with a moderate lift kit should drive like crap. Matter of fact with a nice kit it should drive better than it did when it left the showroom floor. You've got some good options out there: JKS, EVO, Metal Cloak... A little more money spent will yield some pretty dramatic results in a case like yours...

That's were I think I'm heading. Just starting over and picking the lift I want. The wheels that I have are 20 inch... Keep looking and reading about the teraflex

Depending on your local market, you should be able to salvage a little value out of the parts you remove.

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping for... Will I still need the control arm brackets with a 2.5 inch lift?

As long as the geo brackets have various mounting options, you can still use them with a 2.5" lift, and would want to.....unless you go with adjustable control arms instead. You'll still need some form of caster correction.

It only has one setting... Think it was for a 3 to 6 inch lift

I had the same lift on my 2012 2 door and liked it. I ended up putting 1" teraflex spacers on it too because I wanted a little more height. Then I put bushwacker flares on it and wanted tires bigger than the 35" mud graps I had. Ended up trading it for a 4 door while it was at the dealer getting the heads replaced. It's a never ending process with a Jeep I've found out.

not sure if youve fixed it but it looks like your rear axle breather tube is disconnected, you may want to hook that back up, hose clamp the axle end and extend the other side
