I just weighed mine. It came to 5,600 lbs.
It's a 2008 JKUR with a Hemi swap, 35's and beefed up skid plates. Plus a lot more.
That's with me in it, a full tank of gas and a lot of the stuff I plan to carry when doing trails. But not including everything.
My guess is that with another person or two in the rig, plus gear, it'll approach or excede 6k lbs.
There's nothing I can do to lessen that weight, all I can do is to try and maintain it to about that much.
Just wondering where others are on the weight, and how it's working out.

I think I weighed mine back in summer of '21 and it was about 6100-ish IIRC. 2017 JKUR, skids, I think that was when I was still on 34's, fridge and fridge slide, etc. I'm going to have to weigh it again since I went up to 37's and changed my fridge slide system and added two 6" drawers in the rear.

Weighed my stock 2008 JK Rubicon Unlimited w/automatic transmission, gas tank half full, no occupants inside:

Scales have current calibration, accuracy within 10 lbs.

Left front tire 1200 lbs.
Right front tire 1200 lbs.
Left rear tire 1100 lbs.
Right rear tire 1100 lbs.

Front axle total 2400 lbs.
Rear axle total 2200 lbs.

Total weight 4600 lbs.

Weight distribution:

52% front
48% rear

So, 6 to 6500 is about what to expect for the 4 door. What are the loaded and built 2 doors at?

I googled the stock curb weight and that's where it's at.
I was feeling a bit paranoid about adding too much weight and how that affects the stock components. So wanted to see how others are doing.

Also, just had the realization that your basic stuff like winch, bumpers, tires, etc is adding about a 1000 lbs. That is a LOT of weight. You all probably already know that ,but I'm just starting to think about it.

I weighed my jeep and small trailer on a scale back when I originally built the trailer. Total weight was 7940lbs (unloaded), and I'm highly sure the trailer was only ~1600lbs back at that stage. So, 6k-6500 seems about right for a built rig. TBH, I'm surprised yours isn't more with a hemi swap. I even have very minimal front and rear bumpers, but y, winch, skids, metal fenders, heavy tire/wheels, rear D60....all that stuff really adds up.

You got me thinking about the weight difference between the 3.8L and the 5.7L.
A quick search shows the 3.8L at about 400 lbs and the hemi at about 500 lbs.
​​​Now throw in a stubby bumper, winch and a high lift jack mounted to the front bumper and I bet I added an extra 250 lbs to the front.
Easy to see how all this stuff adds up.

Guessing 5500. Soft top, sports cage. Front/rear bumpers (but cut off 6" frame @ rear), winch and 39s (Dynatec D44 front). No skids...but arms, bigger brakes etc...add some weight.
