Trailjeeps in Boulder. AEV kit. No overheating, but I got hot once (almost 240) this summer on a 105 degree day pulling a trailer at 70mph up at the top of the tunnel (was brief) . Heck, the stock six used to get hot there too, and only get to 50 mph. Normally it stays around 212, hits 225 top of the pass. It can run 225 going slow on high altitude trails. They make new radiators that cool better than they used to, but I've never boiled over. I've heard of LS swaps running hot too, so I'm not sure why people specifically tag hemis with this. I think its because the earlier non-vvt swaps had cooling issues. The biggest advantage of the LS is the transmission choices. It'd be very nice to have more speeds.

Yeah, I get analized whenever I go to the dealer! Seriously though, I know of at least one dealer where you can pick out the Wrangler you want, have them put a Hemi in it, and finance the whole thing through them plus get the warranty. Try that with a LS swap. When I go to this dealer for a tune, they've got all the parts for the whole vehicle when an item needs replacing. I'm not a mechanic and I wouldn't enjoy driving all the way to Vegas or California every time a new program comes out or a new issue pops up.

Yes I know of that dealership too. They are probably the only new Jeep dealer anywhere doing that, great for customers and availability. I spelled analyzed wrong I see.....LOL.
