To remove a pitman arm take off the nut and smack it along the side where it mounts to the sector shaft. Don't baby it either. after a few smacks it should come off. I would also spray some penetrating oil on it the night before you remove it.

I have been spraying it since I started last week. I removed the 33mm nut today. The bump stops are off. I am just going to order matching kyb stock style replacement shocks for the front. Still cant find a rubicon one.

I need bolts for front and rear sway bars, rear track bar, and probably shocks because I do not like how the ones I have are threaded all the way through.

Almost done. Need to choose a steering stabilizer, get hardware for the rear sway bar links, and ideally get all new hardware everywhere else because almost every bolt I've used it threaded all the way through and I don't like that much.

Took it down the road and had a clunk in the rear over bumps. That's annoying. Couldn't find anything that it could be.

Resharp - I have a bullet proof pitman puller quality made. It takes them all off. Cost about $80CDN and you can smack it with a 3lb hammer or use an impact on it without hurting it. Another method is a solid piece of metal (like 2-1/2" round bar cut about 3" long) behind the spline part as a sink then hit the other side with a hammer (similar to what Dirtman said). Not hard takes a few hits then try pulling again. A friend of mine removes every tapered end of all suspensions doing this with no damage to boots. Amazing to watch the first time he did it. Sorry for the thread hijack.
