on an auto, you really need to make sure to recalibrate your speedo as it controls your shift points and will make a difference. running a superchips will make things a lot better as canondale said above. i ran this exact setup for about a year and only on 87 and thought it was fine.
Well put.... It will make things a ton easier. SC changes the shift points depending on the tune. As well as recalibrating your speedo when you adjust tire size.

To the OP, gears won't be "necessary" but you may feel like you want to get them done after you drive around with the 35s for a bit.

question on the flash paq thing, do you have to buy a new one, or ccan you just find someone that already has it or split the cost w/ someone and tune multiple jeeps?

They lock to your Jeep by VIN, so no. Be careful if you want to buy one second hand, as you need to be certain the previous owner unlocks it. SC can do it for you, if you buy a locked one, but you'll be out $100.
