So, if I leave the top and doors off and it rains am I screwed? Just bought a rubicon and I want to go topless the rest of the summer but I worry about one of the freak rain storms we get in Tx. I would like a little more info if anyone can let me know. How easy does the carpet come out? I bought a safari top to put on to keep from cooking everything in this heat, will that help much?

I'll likely pull all the roll cage padding off and wash the cover with black dye and see if that restores the original color. It's not high on my list of things to do. But, if I get bored...

Rhino (or whatever liner, I used Speedliner) lining the interior should help and it looks great too. Ditch the carpet. Neoprene seat covers or, better yet (and many more $$) have the seats profesionally reupholstered with Neoprene . I would think the dash would be problematic. You can't live with a bikini top?
