warn powerplant dual force hp 9500

We have a friend of ours with a dark green 07 rubi and he loves his powerplant, It winches well and keeps up with most other winches out there and it is EXTREAMLY hard to come up with an on board air system for basically $200.00

I just ordered a Shrockworks mid-width and am trying to figure out whether I should get the Powerplant or a standard winch? I am a little concerned about the weight of the Powerplant (100lbs. i think) sitting in my shrockworks mid-width (also 100lbs). It will be sitting on the OME HD (which I ordered yesterday). Will the combined weight of the bumper and powerplant keep me from running 35's? Will it lead to any other issues? It just seems like a lot of weight on the front end.

Power Plant
Here's my thoughts, realizing I have a different suspension than yours.
I have the same Shrockworks midwidth (awesome).
I put in the Power Plant. I used synthetic line which saves you just under 25 lbs vs wire. Then I used a synthetic fairlead vs. roller which saves you another 11+ lbs. So you'd be close to saving 35. With this weight savings (and performance improvement also), I think one can justify the weight of the compressor.
