Warn M8000 pricing
I have been told that Warn is Cracking down on the retailers (Quadratec, etc.) that are not charging the full retail price for their stuff. It is my understanding that they are going to be forcing everyone to charge the retail price.
I know that the Warn M8000 was at a very special price throught Quadratec, so if you are looking at it you may want to pull the trigger before they go back to $869.00.

I paid $450.00 + shipping from 4wd a few months back. It was so cheap that I had to buy it. I believe this to be a real issue with MAP based pricing from the OEM's out to their retailers. How they get around this is beyond me?

Why is it ok for every industry but the car industry to "Price Fix"? This is just bad economic policy, and a crappy business practice. I hate it when manufacturers do this. When a car manufacturer does this, they are sued til tomorrow and they lose. When car part/accessory manufacturers do it, it's completely ok.

I found a great deal on the Warn 9.5si, couple hundred less than Quadratec and it wasn't listed on Northridge's site. I called David and he met the price from the other site and it's already here waiting to be installed when all my other stuff from David arrives. Ordering just before the 1st and the price increase saved me a couple hundred bucks. So a huge thanks to Northridge!

They are not price fixing they are just saying what we can advirtise them at
The Phone works wonders in this case
The biggest problem is all the part time "4x4" shops that sell stuff online or on ebay and loose money with every order. They dont realize this until they are out of business!
