Default Warn M8000

I got my new Warn M8000 winch today! I ordered the model with roller fairlead and 100' wire. The winch did not come with a bracket to mount the solenoid. Is this normal? Am I missing parts? I'm mounting the winch on a Mopar bumper with provisions for a winch. Anyone have any ideas on where to locate (or how to locate) the solenoid box? These warn directions are not clear

No the solenoid mounting bracket is not included. I picked up mine at 4wd.com.

I've seen a few pics where the solenoid box was mounted under the hood. Helps keep it out of the weather I guess.

I put mine behind the grille. Very happy with it there. Keeps it nice and stealth. Here's a pic, and there are actually some more of my bracket in this very old post here.
