Warn fog lights ?
I need help from people with warn fog lights. I got the 3.5" fogs with remote control for xmas. I went to a local jeep shop in Aberdeen md. Called Adams jeep. to have the lights installed and they said I should send them back because the housing on the lights leak and the remote module back draws from the battery when the jeep is off and people are coming out to a dead battery. Has this happened to any one on here?

I have those, you can disregaurd the wireless part and just wire them into the stock wireharnes controlled by the turn signal switch. Ive had mine like this for months and no issues, 2012 sport, pic on my profile

I've had my Warn 3.5" fog lights in my front bumper for 9 months and I haven't had a single problem. I actually really like the beam pattern these lights put out, and I haven't had any issues with moisture getting in them but I haven't submerged my Jeep either.

I can't offer any assistance on the lights other than I can see where there could be a minute current draw.
There are other things in the jeep that draws current when the jeep is off.
The couple of things I really wanted to say are:
1. 3,500 for the gears is really really high. Just from that alone I would not return to that dealer.
2. Install the lights yourself. You might say "I don't know how", "I don't have tools". If that is true
find some jeep guys/gals around you and make friends. One of them certainly knows how and has
tools. The more upgrades you do yourself the better off you will be. You need to learn about your
jeep, then you will not have to rely on a stealership for little things.
I have installed lift kits, brakes, radios, lights, bumpers, sliders, etc, etc. Now when something strange
happens to my jeep, I have an idea where to start looking for the problem. Now gears are a different
story. I am not comfortable trying that myself.
Good luck with the lights!

I dont recommend them for windshield mounts. Fog pattern that is. You wont be happy. You need spot pattern for windshield. On the front bumper they give a great pattern showing right in front and sides of road where stock lights and fog dont.
