Question Vacuum pump w/ bumper// control arm bracket install

Have a couple questions before starting some work on the 14' JKU this weekend seeing if anyone who has done this or knows about it has any insight.
First off, installing rancho control arm brackets to correct caster angle after lift, seen a few posts that say you have to cut a bolt, few say (including ranch instruction book) that only 07-11 JKs you have to cut one bolt on upper control arm because exhaust is in the way when doing install with vehicle on the ground( only have a dremel here so thats why im wondering).

Second question, just ordered a Barricade adventure HD bumper, i know the vacuum pump could in the way a little bit making contact with the wench plate, some say to just loosen the bolts and you can turn it enough to make every thing fit, others say just relocate vacuum and some just grind the winch plate a bit and seal exposed metal. would ultimately like to not have to relocate or cut anything yet, will it work and be safe and not affect any other components like brakes if i just push it and bend it out of he way to clear the wench plate?

appreciate the help in advance, any other insight y'all have on install/problems let me know.

Likely you installed this weekend....sorry you didn't get comments before hand. On your '14, you shouldn't have had issues with that pas side bolt...on the 3.8L engines diff story. On the bumper, you could mod it or relocate. Honestly, easier to just relocate.
