Just make sure the ball joint is properly seated. Once the full weight of the vehicle is on the knuckle the stud will tighten up and you'll be able to tighten the nut. Just make sure you follow the torque specs. You'll will love the new ride. Next to gears, synergy ball joints are my 2nd favorite mod/upgrade.
Agreed. Much less wondering after putting mine in. Tightened up some and feels great.

Project DONE!!! Everything went back together smoothly, and I have not noticed anything out of the ordinary, besides the fact that I no longer have death wobble and my jeep handles like a dream!!!

I can actually hit bumps in the road now!!!!!

Thanks for all the help gentleman!

You're lucky.
My stock Ball joints were shot after 12k
The roads were so bad here this winter one of the potholes knocked my Kenwood H/U out.
Replaced with Synergy

I have 22k on my OEMs and I'm sensing the need for some Synergy ones. Downtown/college town in Tallahassee FL is rough as hell and I bounce all over the road. Just a little nervous on the labor for the replacement

There is a local shop that are doing mine for 80 bucks! I guess I should be very happy about the price.

It's $450 for all 4 up here in Canada.

A few beers and a few choice words if you do it yourself. It's not too bad of a job

Doing mine tomorrow. An 08 with 113K miles and original Bjs. Also going up 3 numbers on take-off springs from a Rubi and adding a 1 3/4 puck.
