Default Upgrading the tires with a lift/ ANY HELP?

hey guys,
I've got a 2010 jeep wrangler unlimited i'm planing on upgrading to 35x12.5 inch tire and of course new wheels. I was curious whats the minimum A: lift and B: backspacing for the wheels so i dont rub anywhere. Im curious about the minimum just to have a starting point of reference. I've heard that as far as backspace goes 4" is the most to prevent rubbing, and for the lift Ive heard 2.5".
ANY HELP?

4.5bs and 2.5" lift. You may still rub the flares at full stuff though.

Your BS will depend on the size of your wheels.

I recently did a 2.5" with black 15x8 procomp steelies, 3.75" backspacing and 33x12.50-15 goodyear duratracs. Why would you want 35's on a 2.5" lift? do you off road a lot? I get awesome flex with my setup. I love it and would never go back. I can only move forward from here.
