Default upgrade advice

I have a 2007 unlimited 6spd with 2.5 lift and new shocks, and 3.21 gears. Dana 30 front dana 44 rear. I just bought 35" km2's and was wondering what is need to run them. I do mostly highway with mild off roading (no rock climbing). Any advice would be great.

sounds like you've already got what you need to run them. adding some c-gussets is a good idea as not doing so will allow your axle c's to bend and, you might want to regear as without a higher ratio, you'll feel quite a bit of power loss.

If & while you are welding on c-gussets, some JKS trackbar braces wouldn't hurt either.

You're looking at a good chunk of change to re-gear, but it will help your mileage.

Addressing the C's is important but could be delayed if you don't plan on much wheeling.

I think what you should do depends on your budget and how much you have left over after getting the tires on.

The C kit and welding is pretty cheap. re-gearing, not so cheap...

You didn't mention your wheels.
If you run them on stock wheels, you will probably need some spacers to keep them from rubbing.

I have spacers on the jeep already. I am looking to find some one that is not an arm and a leg on the gears. I also need to replace the front carrier. Any ideas near maryland would be great.
