Yes, you should gusset with your 37s. You can bend the cs on a curb or pothole.

At at time. And make sure u ground ur wielder to that side ur working on. Evo
C2 pack is a must have in my opinion running 37s all it takes is hitting the right curb to fast. It's a full weekend project I recommend having a buddy to help to through this. Most cases takes between 25 and 60 man hours To complete.
Are you referring to how long it takes to put C-gussets in? Lets see... 25 to 60 man hours to complete, convert that to labor hours at a shop with a rate of $80 per hour.... so your saying it's going to cost me somewhere between $2000 and $4800 just to have gussets welded in or did I misunderstand something? I was told at a shop it shouldn't take more than an hour and a half, two hours maybe.

Was reading the installation notes from another site and I guess it should take between two to four hours to put gussets in. So maybe about $400 to get them installed at a shop. Does that sound about right?

That seems like a long time. Took me an hour to do it. Maybe two at the most for a shop?

Something is really off here. I'm at under 3,000 rpm (2800 rpm) on 35s (measure 34.25") with a 6 speed an 4.88s. My guess is your speedometer is off and you're traveling at a higher velocity.

My guy took about 2hrs alternating sides and letting thing cool. That was about 15000 k ago and no signs of ball joint problems.

No that's at 62-63 on speedo so prob around 70 mph I did have a shop put the gears in I told them 4.88s but who really knows what's in there

Anyone running the TF gussets have a pic were they had to take material off to clear the coil spring? Some say they rub when flexing.
