You will be okay with 32" tires and some 33" tires if they aren't too wide (around 10 1/2") This would also be = to 285/70/17's.

I actually ran 295/70/17 (33.5"x11.5") on stock suspension for about a week prior to my lift. I did have wheels with 4.5 back space though. The only rubbing I had was at full turn it would hit the plastic under the front bumper. I wouldn't off road that way at all. With stock rims it would be a bad deal.

The 285 would be narrower than the 295.

The 285/75 isn't wider, it's taller.
Here's the breakdown: 285/75 295/70
sidewall Ht= 8.4" 8.1"
width = 11.2" 11.6"
diameter= 33.8" 33.3"
