This is the email I got from Kenny @ RR about the TF:
There are pictures of the tube fenders on our web site under the photos tab.
They are also available for on-line purchase under the shop tab on our site.
These fenders are constructed from 1.5'' DOM tubing that is CNC bent for uniformity and heavy gauge laser cut steel.
They are very strong, fit well and include mounting hardware and spacers for added strength.
They are $799 for a set of 4 in bare steel. Add $200 for powder coat or a very durable Gatorhyde finish.
If you have any other questions feel free to give me a call at 717 262 3079.

I would say if your 200 short of the tube, buy the mini. If you can ante up the extra money buy the tubes. Tubes should last longer, but my garbage can is a trooper and is holding up well, and its plastic. So who knows?

So it's a narrow version basically? I'll definitely check these out. I like some of the steel tube fenders out there but they all appeared too wide for my taste so I went the Xenon route for now, but it'll be easy enough to mount steelies down the road with having used the rivet nuts in the back, etc.
