these are some homebrew doors I came up with. They are modeled after the jeeptube doors that i found online. I made them from some 1 3/4" rollcage tubing that I had lying around. Pics are prior to paint.

Researched doors for months. Body Armors are best on the market. Getting tube doors in the PNW is a waste of $$$, so I never bought. If I did, I would order these today.

I got this set of 4 Smittys for around $300 off of Craigslist. Fitment leaves a little to be desired. I have to use washers on some of the hinge mounts to get the correct height for the latches to work. There are other adjustments on the doors, but I have not been able to tweak it just right and the washers are easier.

Things are built like a brick sh!t house though. My wife hated going door-less but she feels very safe with these heavy duty doors. That's my .02.

2 torx bit bolts holding latch on door frame, loosen and adjust its quick and easy. I found good common middle ground so I dont adjust for my full doors and tube doors they both line up perfect...took a few minutes but I am anal about opening a door its not a fun want its a necessity so it should be easy....lol

Also have the smitty's they are solid but did require opening them up and greasing everything but they are solid for sure. I too am looking for a way to make some skins so I can keep some debris and water come inside and use them as half doors. I also installed a set of $16 mirrors from Autozone to be able to keep my stockers on my doors without worrying of not being able to see behind me.

Really depends on what you are looking for in a tube door. Some offer more coverage that others and work well if you'd like to add skins to them like EVO1 is running while other are great for rock crawling like OR-Fab.
