trying to see if my order from DTD is a failure or what
so the guy chatting with me DTD just sold me 5 BFG All Terrain T/A KO in 33x1250R15C1. With Level 8 Tracker 15x8 5-127 -19MTB.
They are going on my 2012 JK Sport 2 door with no lift. I know theres a chance of rubbing/ and they stick out. Im trying to get a picture of how far they will stick out.
I'm also in need of any advice for installation and other things ill need, pretty much open to any advice on this

They'll stick out from the fenders a decent amount with that backspacing.
Everyone has an opinion, but the fact is that the JK was not designed to fit with a 15" wheel. Stick it out far enough to clear the brakes, and it will fit. There are a handful of 15" wheels that can work (no idea which ones they are).
In my opinion, 15" wheels don't fit a JK. Yeah, the tires cost less, but that's like buying a shoe size too small because they're on sale. I also think that amount of back spacing with just a 33" tire might look silly.
As a final opinion, there are a ton of better tires to pick. I wouldn't run those for free.

Before the Trackers there were MB72's. These are 35x12.5's, so this will give you an idea of how far your 33's will appear.
There are lock washers on all the studs on your rotors- remove all of them prior to placing rims. The washers are no longer needed, they are used during manufacturing to keep everything in place. If you keep them on, the rims will not sit flush with the rotor. This could cause your wheels to fall off at speed, not a good thing.

The factory wheels have a small opening on the backside of the rim to allow for the assembly washer to fit. The aftermarket ones don't. This prevents the aftermarket wheel from sitting 100% flush to the rotor.
As far as the original poster's question.............I think you did good and your JK is gonna look great !! I suggest a 2-2.5 inch budget boost to finish it off. As far as the 15's ......they will ride better, flex better, and be cheaper.

It's just a simple washer as part of the assembly process, you're safe to remove them. 15's all day......they just look great and almost retro with the proportions.

I just put on 15x8 Level 8 wheels with 33/1250/15 duratrac tires. It looks great. Sticks out about 1.5-2 inches from fender. Similar to the first pic posted above. - 19mm offset, fits without any issues.

Unless you are running a wheel spacer or an aftermarket wheel that does not allow space for the washers, there's no reason to remove them.
