No parts available. Your best bet is to find a used locker that broke in some other way.
Did the connector break because the locker rotated in the housing?
If so...
Before you removed it, did you notice if the anti-rotation tab was engaged on the locker?

I'm having this same problem right now I believe. I have yet to open the rear diff cover, but from what I've read if your tab wasn't in, spun the locker and snapped the wires, you should be able to cut apart the hard rubber or plastic black piece to expose more wire and make a connection of the 2 again. As well as get a new anti rotation tab (actuator bracket) as mopar calls it for about $4.

For used factory lockers, try watching Ebay for a week or three and see if any broken ones come up.
For new factory lockers, try DrivetrainAmerica Auto Parts For Sale Rear Differential Spicer Driveline Ring Pinions
Rear 68036128AA 928.40
Front 68017176AA 953.68
But if you are buying new, you could consider ARB instead of factory. Or Ox.
