Default Trektop nx frameless

Is anyone using this top on there jk? I was wondering how easy the install was and how it holds up in the weather, especially in the rain.

Lots of guys running this top, myself included. I've attached the link to the show off thread that will answer all your questions, just need to do a little reading on your end. The quick and dirty is, the top can be a pain to install the first time, definitely do it in warm weather to let it stretch a little. There are plenty of tips in the thread below as well. I've been through many Bama down pours with no leaks at all, can't say that for my old factory soft top.

The frameless top is junk, spend the little extra $ and go with the frame.

Yea, I didn't catch that...the original Trektop is frameless...the NX is the improved version. To the OP, just be aware of the different versions.

I wouldn't call it junk at all, I personally like it better than oem. If you live in a cold climate this isn't the top for you. You are going to need a nice warm day to install so the canvas can stretch a bit. But after it's been on for a while the next install is a breeze
