the only "real thing" that makes a rubicon what it is, are dana 44 axles with lockers. buy yourself some quality D44 or D60 axles with selectable lockers (like ARB, OX or others) and you will be better off than a standard rubi. if you shop carefully you can get alloy shafts and larger/thicker axle tubes.
youre going to change the tires anyway... why bother with rubi stuff.

good luck.

I agree with the above. If I were to spend money to change my jeep to perform better, just look past the Rubi and put even better components while you are at it. Probably not that much more in the long run. Sounds like you really like your jeep and plan on doing some cool things with it. I bought a Rubi and love its performance but I don't need anything more than that. If I wanted to build a overly capable rig I would have started like you and many others here with a cheaper platform and then put the good stuff on. I just don't need it. My race car get all the extra cash and I just stay on the bunny runs out on the trail

By the way, your english is just fine. We have a great bunch of forum members here and everybody is very helpfull so ask away...

Good luck with your build up.

The main components for the Rubicon package are a D44 front axle (assuming most JKs have the D44 rear already), the lockers front and rear, the 4:1 transfer case, and the electronic sway bar disco. Here in the USA the D44 front w/ locker is available for less than $1500. The transfer case is where you may run into issues. Also not sure on the cost of the factory locker for the rear when added as an aftermarket item.
