I just want to thank everyone for all the answers a lot of insight and ideas. I do have a trans cooler and I also do have front and rear lockers. I will look into atlas transfer case it sounds like a good idea just more expensive.

Mostly use the 2.7 and the 3.8. Really depends on the group I am running with. I tend to drive really really fast off road and the 3.8 is just too slow. I don't think I would want the 4.1 with 5.38 gears.
I have the same transfer case with 5:38's, yep it's a pretty epic reduction - but when yer stuck, it's always nice to have options !

I haven't had to go to the basement often, but when I have - the results have been amazing !

I'm running 40" Treps on locked Prorock 60's ....

That case Dirtman refers to is best of both worlds with 2.7 (like Sport ratio) and 3.8 (close to Rubi ratio) and of course his 10:1 but if you can live with the 4:1 Jeep case then it will cost you way less. All depends how fast you need to go in low range.

Its too bad AA does not offer the Rubicrawler for the 12 and up transmission. That would give you a more usable 5.4 as the 10.1 is probably too low for 99% of the time
