Where is the fluid coming out exactly? I've several cases where the flange itself on vehicles is flawed and leaks fluid past the output shaft up into the female part of the flange and out that way. Is that a posibility here?

Did anyone find a solution to the leak yet? I had my JE 1350s put in about 2 months ago. Now the rear t-case seal is leaking like edwin907. Did tightening the flange nut to 130 help?

Try pulling the flange off and running a bead of silicon on it to make a good seal, then put it back on an torque to spec. I'm running Tatton drivelines and thats what Curtis (tatton) recommended and it's worked.
