i could barely stand my 6 speed with 4:10's and 35's. it has no power on the highway. It was still great around town. But highway forget about it.

I'm on the fence right now about going with 37's. I have new wheels coming, and I'm trying to decide if I want to step up from the 35's while I'm at it.

yeah, I'm on the same fence, I'm geared for 37's with 5.13 gears. I just dont know if I wanna go that big yet. the dealer wont cover anything now anyways. I'm hoping my gas mileage gets better with 37's

Hey Piginajeep and Blkrubi, you know you will end up throwing 37's on there. You got the fever, just like me. The urge ain't going away, especially if you already have the gears and lift for it.

I would have to add that I would be less motivated to put 37's on a 2 door. With it's shorter wheel base, it is already a monster with 35's.

That's my problem. If I already had the gears, then I'd have the 37's. the 4.10's are fine right now, and i'm not on the highway much, but I know that 2" of tire is going to make a big difference with the 4.10's. How is driveability with the 5.13's Piginajeep?

I agree and the 4 door is so long, 37's are a nice fit. I'm already starting to think that my 35's look too small and I've only had the thing 4 months. That's just how I am with it though, ever changing.

runs like a monkey on crack...

it just has a higher rpms on the highway, about 3,000 rpms at 70.

with 37's it should come down, and gain a little MPG.

Sounds like I need gears then. I sure don't want to slow it up anymore. I'll stick with 35's for now then move up later. Thanks.

I put in a 4.5" RE because I was sick of waiting for the Full traction. Last I heard they still might be out until September or later to release thier 4" lift. Yes, you will need new driveshafts. I am also running 37's and have not regeared yet. Currently I have the 4.1 but am waiting for the 5.38 to come out around August. As others have stated the get up and go has gone with the bigger tires.
