You'll be fine, just use the right size bump stops, u won't rub the rear

According to nittos spec sheet, the 295/70 17 measure in at 33.54 where as the 295/70 18 come in at 34.57. You think that will be an issue?? I have to bump stops that came with the aev lift. Looks to be about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch

I used the bump stops from the AEV lift and it still rubs on extreme articulation and it mostly rubs on the inner fender only. So yes you will rub with the 34.5 in tall tires. However My front doesn't rub with my sway bar disconnected and fully articulated.

I know a lot of people that use the taraflex 2.5in budget boost similar to the AEV just gets you another half inch. If you haven't ordered the lift yet it might not be a bad idea
