trail grappler fail
My nittos have impressed me many times but this time I was really disappointed in their like of cleaning out. The hole doesnt look to deep in the pics but take in perspective that I have 4.5'' of lift and 37s. I was able to rock it back and fourth for awhile but just couldn't get enough momentum to climb out befor I dug it out to much and allowed the axle to dug in to deep and the front bumper set down lol.

Lol you know what to say. I actually set them up to fail on purpose though. I wanted to see just how good they would do in that mess. I took the jeep to a freshly bulldozed area on the back part of my property to see if id be able to go back there with my tractor and srart cleaning up the area and after I saw it was still way to wet I played around for a lil bit in spots that I shouldn't have tried

You know, I used to like the trail grapplers until I started working for a company that equips all their trucks with them. I've been working on Pipeline work on the east side of ohio. So I'm always in the mud. I've not been a fan of theirs anymore since I seen their performance or non performance on the right-aways aka the muddy areas we clear where we put the pipe in the ground. They don't clean out well enough in my opinion.

Only time my tg have let me down was 4 feet of hard pack snow ice I was trying to get up on. It prob woulda stopped a tank too so not really a bad fault. Thick mud is no issue for me a 12 psi.
