Traction control kicking on when turning right?

Negative on it not being able to move with the castle nut and cotter pin... It wont be able to loosen, correct, but if not tight to spec, it can be loose inside the insert in the knuckle causing the entire ball joint and nut to jiggle around...

"To spec" might not be enough. I've see this happen a couple times running a drilled knuckle and tapered insert.
Are you running a rear track bar bracket also ?
Without raising the rear, the rolls center will be sloped down front to rear causing some oversteer.
