I am lifting with a Rough Country 2.5" spacer lift. Many on the forums feel that there is no need for adjustable tb's but I would rather go that route than use the brackets. Which company makes a tb that has that level of adjustability? Like 0-2 inches. Thanks in advance for any information.

True, 2" or less and the factory trackbars will be fine.
I put a 2.5" Teraflex BB on my old mans Jeep, and It's great. No adjustable trackbars, and no relocator brackets.

I had read that everything would be fine as well. I also read a couple of posts that indicated that using the stock tb might put undo pressure on the stock brackets and that some have seen breakage. Maybe I misunderstood as well. Up to about a week ago I thought that the stock drive shafts would do fine but have seen that some have been ruined with just minimal lift. I have started an account for driveshafts just in case. I guess the best bet would be to wait, lift it and then measure the offset.

at 2.5 or less of a lift yopu don't "need" new track bars, it comes down to how anal you are about the axles being not centered.
Saying that, each Jeep seems to be different and how each person drives is different. So.......your results may vary.
