Default Tpms sensor

So, purchased new wheels and tires and looking to have them mounted this weekend if possible. Stealership says it will be 90 dollars to program them. On top of purchasing new sensors. Anyone know if I order sensors off of amazon if I will need to have them programmed or can I just put them in and the jeep will recognize?

Wranglers auto program. I'm running sensors from discounttiredirect without any reprogramming involved. If they told you 90 bucks to program, I would try to find a different dealership.

Thank you I appreciate it, tires and wheels were enough money don't want to spend anymore than I have to.

Just get rid of them all together...

If you have a tuner like a Superchips or even a FlashCal/ProCal just turn off the sensor bell/light. I had one that always went off in the winter even when the tire was fine. I check my pressure with a tire gauge, the old school way, never had a problem since.

I looked into the tpms sensors by the time I get them, if they work, I am not that far off from the procal. So I am leaning towards that way. What kind of tuner do you have?
