Fancy, I like.

I do like someone else mentioned, plastic tool box to reduce noise and then just strap it down or wedge it in so doesn't move (if I have other junk I'm taking).

cheap, easy way I go: no rear seat, ratchet strap down almost any size tool box to the rear seat brackets. Stays put, does the job
